> 24 hourI was sceptical when I first ordered watch, and almost returned it when it didnt link to my phone right away but realized I wasnt following the instructions correctly but once it linked, Ive been so satisfied with it, It has it own app that monitors heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure,etc..., you can track your sleep and weight, has multiple watch faces and new ones are added from time to time. Ive actually received a couple compliments. This is my first smart watch so I dont have anything to compare it to. You can also link it to your Google Fit account if you have one.
