Greater than one weekI have a couple of these with 16Tb enterprise class hard drives in them. Solid construction, easy to work with - and they look nice. The blue LED on the front is a little too bright for my tastes (arent they all?), so I moved the LED inside the case to a different position, and now the front just gently glows blue - which I much prefer.

> 3 dayI have any number of random external drive cases from cheap to not so cheap and the important factor here is that you get what you pay for. And in that, OWC has never let me down. The Mercury case series stands up to the test of time when many others have failed. And while they are not the cheapest in price, they are also not the most expensive either and represent a very good value for the money.

> 3 dayI use the drive for backup on my home system. The disk is quiet, works well and I really like the looks. It also has a bright blue activity light which I also like. The real stand out so far has been OWC product support. For me they were on point, friendly and FAST. I recommend them.
