> 3 dayUsed it one time and already showing drastic signs of wear and tear however, still giving 4 stars because we all know how luggage is handled by airlines. Nonetheless, the design in durability should account for that.

> 3 dayThis lasted for only one round trip flight from NYC to LA. I purchased this one and a similar one that was just a nylon bag. I ended up choosing this one because of the extra padding, made it seem thicker. Unfortunately, after coming back home there are holes all over the bottom corners of the bag! I gave three stars because at least it did it’s job for one trip, but lost the two stars because of the lack of durability. I would return this but since I have used it and it has holes, I feel like it is just not right to do so. Therefore, if you’re looking for a padded car seat cover to protect your child’s car seat for one round trip, then this one is for you. If you’re looking to use it for more than once then I’m not sure this one will last you that long.

> 3 dayThe plastic buckle broke off during travel. I understand the airport baggage handling is rough, I’d hope the materials they use can withstand that kind of handling

> 3 dayA blanket beneath the seat remedied this. Great backpack otherwise; I would recommend that the manufacturers add some extra padding in that area for future versions of this product. Better for the seat inside and the user. Fit our Cosco Scenera with extra room for toys for the flight and snacks inside. If taking through TSA, be advised that you will be asked to take out your seat and don’t forget to unclip the security strap. Great feature!

> 3 dayI purchased two of these and they fit our our Graco 4Ever Extend to Fit carseats perfectly! We used them on trip we that flew across the country for. Such a life saver! The material and construction is quality and even between the two. These survived being handled at multiple airports, in shuttles, the whole enchilada and neither obtained tears or snags. Zippers work smooth. They easily wipe clean too. I took a few pictures when I took them out of the bag when we first got them and referenced those when It was time to fold them back up. They are made to be able to fold back small for storage, and I didn’t have a hard time (took less than a couple minutes for the pair) as some other reviews stated. If you are on the fence about getting them, just do it! You won’t be sorry. I am not worried at all that these will also survive the trip we are taking to Florida (we live in the West) this fall or any other vacation we decide to go on. 100% recommend!

Greater than one weekI used the Padded Car Seat Travel Backpack once for a short flight roundtrip. We checked the backpack at the gate so it was the last in/first out of the airplane storage. Had no problem with it. There was extra room to stuff our snow jackets in there. I didnt notice any water, damage, or smell after both flights. The material is thick enough to withstand water or precipitation build up. The price was also resonable.

> 3 dayThe stitching is very weak and came unsown after just one round trip flight! Go for something more durable, you know how baggage handlers are!

> 3 dayThis car seat carrier is perfect. I considered going with one that had wheels, however I ended up going with the backpack style and I’m glad I did. This was perfect for lugging our car seat around through the airport and even getting it on and off the plane. We have a Nuna Rava and it fit perfectly. Made it so much easier to carry around the awkward car seat. Plus there’s plenty of space to add extra items in with the car seat if needed. I could see how the durability probably isn’t great if you’re constantly checking your child’s car seat. We get our child a seat when traveling and bring their car seat on the plan so this isn’t an issue for us. If I were checking in the car seat more frequently I may consider an alternative more durable carrier. This one is perfect for our needs and at a great price too.
