> 24 hourNo other levers give the confident to assemble tires.. Expensive, but worth...

> 24 hourI had used cheap plastic levers in the past that broke. I decided to solve that problem by using steel core levers. These are affordable and work 100% of the time. I hate the feeling of being out on a ride and having a lever break on me. (Though usually a friend or other cyclists would normally offer to help).

> 24 hourIf you want the best tire tool sparing no expense then the TL-6.2 is one to own. I have the TL-1 in my bike bags and in the shop but constantly struggle with the 23-25 mm tires. The TL-6.2 tool is half as thick vs TL-1, and only 1 oz heavier per pair (2.01 oz for pair), BUT, this makes a huge difference in leveraging the tire off the rim. Especially, in the field or saving time at home. Clearly well worth the extra money when struggling and possibly pinching a tube or damaging a very expensive rim set. Do not second guess the price for a tool that will last a lifetime and save you a lot of aggravation.

> 24 hourThe metal reinforced levers are nice. I have these and the Diamondback ones; both are good. Keep in mind that they are 2 to a package. With the plastic ones, youll get 3. Tubeless ready and wire bead tires are tough sometimes, so the reinforced lever is probably the best choice. Weight weenies need not apply though.

> 24 hourThe quality is excellent. The plastic is non marring and slippery. The internal metal makes them extremely stiff and durable. These are the most perfect tire irons that Ive ever used and Ive been cycling for more than 45 years.

> 24 hourThese are fine tire levers - very strong, yet actually a bit smaller than other levers touted as strong. Theyre also a bit heavier, which is expected. Positives: they are steel all the way to the tip and the plastic coating provides good protection to your rims without being too bulky. On the down side, these dont have spoke hooks and theyre quite expensive. The similar but not quite as good Bikehand steel reinforced levers are much cheaper. Way I look at it, if Im stuck on the side of the road with a stubborn flat, Im glad to have spent the extra cash. YMMV.

> 24 hourI had a set of the old Park plastic leavers for a long time, and through loss finally got down to one. Ordered a new set of those, and broke one on the first use. Must be a different kind of plastic. Ordered these up. Real deal. Not gonna break these on a normal tire installation.
