> 3 dayI liked the viewing and the air circulation of this carrier. It’s sturdiness and easy to carry. The large one I purchased is not really big enough for a large cat to be able to move around or to stretch in. Which I had gotten a larger one.

Greater than one weekIt looks very chic! I havent taken it for a test drive yet, but I feel pretty confident that it will hold up, it has the feel and look of a quality product. I bought two, and Im definitely keeping one, for my smaller cat. It would definitely work well for a medium size cat as well, but my boy cat is a tall drink of water – people always comment on this – and I feel its too cramped for him at 17x11x11 (the measurements are correct, but until you see the cat in the actual carrier...), especially since were going for a very long flight. I even looked into those funny-looking expandable ones, but they all seem like sh*te quality; if it isnt this problem, its another – shoulder straps ripping off immediately, the hard wire poking a hole in the mesh, just awful. Only exception the Siivton one (which, as a bonus, even expands in 3 directions!), but alas! Only available in medium. To sum up: Even though I am buying the carrier for airline travel, I need to look into a carrier that is a bit bigger than this – longer especially. :) A couple of inches makes a huge difference if a carrier is tight! Btw, Aeroflot is excellent for traveling with a pet: They charge a bit less for both pet carry-on, and cargo if you go for that (shudder; not for a 13-hr flight) – and they are more generous with the dimensions of the carrier. To save someone else the trouble of researching cat carriers for long cats, look into the Akinerri one. :) I like Hitch and a Pet-Zone one thats almost identical (they look like Sherpas), but I feel theyre a bit too open – they have full mesh on three sides (doesnt that seem way too exposed?), whereas the Akinerri has only two – one side closed, one side mesh, just like this carrier. Its pretty sporty-looking, which would work well for the boy. While la principesa will travel in this one. Definitely keeping this one. :)

> 3 dayPutting a cat into any carrier is difficult as cats dont like to travel in a car generally, at least in my years of experience with several cats. When the carrier comes out, a cat KNOWS to leave the area, and he/she does quickly, but I have found that this carrier makes it a breeze to put a cat into it. This soft-sided carrier has room for a cat to move (turn around) and with a carpet-like mat, which appears to be comfortable, but best of all is the various entrances it has. It has four, count em, four, entrances/exits. One from the top, one on either end, and one on the side. Some of the entrances have mesh for breath-ability (air flow) and visitibility, but there is one that doesnt so that a cat who prefers not to look out can be accommodated as well. That one, by the way, has a small pocket on the outside. Our cat, for whom the carrier was purchased, weighs about 13 pounds and fits comfortably inside. We usually put him in through the top entrance as it seems to work better for all concerned. Even with him inside it, it is still easy to carry with the straps. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the short amount of time my husband and I have used it. Having said that, the fabric seems durable and cant imagine that we wont get years of use from it.

> 3 dayIve struggled with the hard shell crates for years. With a 15 pound cat and the added weight of the crate, it was becoming increasingly difficult for me to transport my cat to the vet. Add to that the comfortless aspect of a cold, hard crate for him. After researching the extensive reviews of soft-sided crates, I chose this one. I set it up and put it in a place my cat enjoys; it took no time for him to find his gift and settle in. Even after the initial trip to the vet for surgery and then an 8-hour car trip to visit family, he still enjoys hanging out in this cozy crate. I may never get to put it away. I ordered the mint green, which is not really mint but more of a springtime leafy green color. Its really quite pretty and very well made.

> 3 dayLove the screened entrances for this carrier, easy to zip the top open and put the cat in the carrier. The carrier also made it easy for the Vet to get the cat to administer her vaccination. The screens allowed the cat to look out and get some air too.

> 3 dayThe cat carrier is amazing. My cat walked into it no problem and got comfy. It is well built and easy to carry. Great carrier for a heavier set baby. I will be buying another!

> 3 dayI purchased two of the medium and two of the large size to bring my four cats on a five-day cross country move. I switched from hard plastic carriers to these, both for cat comfort and safety since these can be seat-belted right into the car. I am very happy with both sizes of carriers. The photos are of the larger carrier, but both are very similar. Top and front door options helped to get cats in and out relatively easily. The pad appeared to be comfortable for them. We had two urine incidents, and the pads were easy to un-zip and wash the covers in hotel sinks and were dry enough by morning to put them back into the carriers. The pad was absorbent enough that nothing got through to the car seat at all (and boy do I appreciate that!). The cats did claw a bit, but for five days I think the carriers held up amazingly well and will last us for a long time. Photo is from after the trip. Size-wise, my largest cat is just over 16 lbs, and although she couldnt stand up in the carrier, she was able to turn circles with no problems and they were laying down most of the trip anyway. We used both the hand-carry handles and the shoulder straps during the trip and both ways felt sturdy. After the trip, the pad covers got machine-washed, rest of the carriers wiped down, and all folded up easily for storage, with the four taking up less space than a single hard plastic carrier did. I am very glad that I bought these and my fur babies made it to our destination safely.

> 3 dayWe have an elderly cat, and until now we had an even more elderly cat carrier. On Malice’s last trip to the vet, I realized we needed to upgrade. This is nice, with plenty of ways to see out. Zippers on the top and end to get her in and out.

> 3 dayI used this too fly with my cat. It worked great except the shoulder strap broke. This fit under the seat with no issues. The cats appeared more comfortable on the plane than I was.
