I cant believe how good the performance is on these fans. I have 13 of these in my Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL running at roughly 600rpm and its about dead silent. They arent as cheap as some of the others out there, but perform way better than the equivalent noctua 120mm.

If you’re looking at this then you already know, these are inspired by Noctua A12x25 which drew inspiration from Scythe Gentle Typhoon. They’re all good static pressure fans, with the exception that this one is 30mm thick, 5mm increase over standard fans.

These fans are powerful, quiet, and very efficient. I just installed them on 2 1080mm radiators which take 9 fans each. Super easy to connect with the built in daisy chain. Amazingly I am able to run 9 fans at full power in performance mode (2000rpm) daisy chained on a single motherboard header. In Hybrid mode you could chain 20 of them together on a single 1 amp header (0.05 amps each).

So long as you have space for the thicc 30mm height of these fans, theyre absolute monsters, and seem to perform better than Noctua NF-A12x25s when normalized for volume. I do not use the Advanced 3000 RPM mode, which requires toggling a physical switch on the fan (and has some pretty aggressive stats). At 2000RPM, theyre moving a ton of air, with outstanding static pressure. Im slowly replacing my other fans with these wherever theyre not visible; the Phanteks dont yet beat the Noctua chromax on looks. The fans support chaining via a female connector, which is fantastic, but watch out to ensure you dont overload a header. PWM support is robust. Looks like Noctua might have finally been dethroned!

I bought 3 of these to replace the Vardar fans on my EK-AIO 360. The Vardar can move some air but are rather noisy. I was pleased to get much lower temperatures with much lower noise and better sound quality. No resonance on these fellows. These fans move lots of air even at lower rpm. They are very good and worth their cost IMHO.

Tried it today, at 1600rpm moves more air than all the other fans I own... But because I work on a dead silent place its not good for me... Past 1600rpm, I can hear the motor, and its a penetrating sound, the mini itx case is 24 away from me it disturbs me after a while... I will use it on my gaming Atx Tower Rig, but for my office no.... Just for information, I have tried fans like XPG PRO GT2150, Noctua a12x25, Be Quiet Silent Wings 4 and Arctic P12 Max, and between 1600 and 1850rpm, all I can hear is the air moving... But with these ones I can hear the motor... Great fan, As a technician, I highly recommend it, static preassure and airflow are above expectations... Great fans over all

This is the best 120MM fan on the market. If you can add the .5MM to the thickness, these will get you what youre looking for. When at low RPM, these arent audible. Bearing noise is minimal. When you decide to wake the beast though... these move a ton of air. Even if a rad is in the way, they dont care. I have a magnetic filter on the top exhaust of my case where my rad is, and these fans will cause it to bulge out when they are at 100%. Serious airflow.

I bought a couple of these to replace the stock fans on my Gigabyte rtx 3080 ti xtreme waterforce, these run at minimun of 30% (bios restriction) and even at these speed the stock fans are really loud, with the Phanteks T30 I get 7C degrees less on GPU core and silent fans. Very satisfied with this purchase

The Phanteks T30-120 fan brings unparalleled performance to PC cooling for any scenario. With its built-in fan profiles and wide RPM range, the T30-120 can be tuned for silent, balanced, or extreme performance operation via a simple switch. With many years of development, extensive testing and experience in chassis and air/water cooler design, the T30 combines the best aerodynamic design and quality components. Both the fan blades and fan frame are made from the absolute best glass fiber reinforced LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) material. This makes the blades and frame extremely rigid and durable. The T30 is designed with exceptional aerodynamic features, which requires high precision manufacturing. LCP enables this thanks to its great material properties. The tip of the fan blade has a continuous and small clearance (0.5mm) to reduce turbulence and deliver unparalleled noise-normalized performance. The Phanteks T30-120 features a unique 30mm fan frame that results in a 25% thicker fan blade. Combined with the LCP material, 3-phase motor, magnetic levitated DUAL VAPO bearing and three PWM fan profiles, the T30-120 fan brings the best in silence, the best airflow performance and the best in high pressure for the PC market.
