The price is definitely high for these however the quality is outstanding they really set off my theater room. However be careful you can get addicted to buying them. I now have them throughout my house and feel a little crazy for how much I spent on light bulbs LOL but still dont regret it. I love using it with Alexa

i set one color on the app and then hit the home button on my iphone to close app then it resets itself and full brightness i bought 8 of these and its straight ass

Ordered the hue bulb and got a Chinese made bulb instead. Box was original Phillips but realized about the bulb only after I tried to connect with it via the app.

Only Room for improvement: deeper greens, blues.

The color bulb is inside my hue ambiance light, beautiful, it changes with my mood!

Dont purchase. They work a few minths then start dying. Support is hell. They repeat requests. Make you jump through hoops. I am at week three of trying to deal with phillips support. I am done. I bought 7 of these. Yes 500 plus dollars.

Im still on the fence whether I like or hate Hue. It does what it does well, and after a few initial connectivity problems (and randomly out of sync color issues), it seems to be stable. Again, Im not 100% sure I like individual bulb control, but I do love the color rage.

I do do have a hue bridge and so could not get it to work. With so many options for lights that work directly with ST or Alexa, why do I need this product. Unless you plan on doing a whole house, this is not the right product.
