Our large (22lb) cat loves it! It will last a good 18 months before it becomes ragged. When the insert gets too ragged, we remove it and let him sleep inside the ring. It is the perfect place for him to curl up in. At that time we purchase another one to let him scratch on.

My friend bought for her cat and she hardly leaves it. My cats were jealous so I bought one, too. They love this “bowl.” Unlike hundreds of other things I buy them, this actually gets used … and DAILY.

It has the basic functions of all cat scratch boards. The reason I bought it is my cat likes to sleep on the scratch board, but the previous one is too small, this product has a certain curvature, my cat likes it very much.

I LOVE this bed! I bought it on October 22, 2019, and am going to buy another one. My cat is **very** picky with beds and I’ve been trying to get her to stop scratching the area rug and she now prefers to scratch this bed instead (life saver!). She is 12lbs and a long haired calico and fits just fine. Not sure if a bigger cat would fit well. The only comment I have is I wish the inside portion was able to be recycled separately, instead of replacing the whole thing if needed.

My cat loves this. I had bought a large standing scratching post as well but she doesn’t like it. She goes to this daily. I also ordered her a scratching mat she loves to lay on, haven’t seen her scratching in it but at least she’s using it. Well worth the money, very durable and seems like the scratch pad will last a long time.

My cat uses this to scratch and to sleep in. He loves it. It replaced one that was also round but was not nearly as sturdy and well built as this is! I’ll be getting more when my cat has shredded it - but I”m happy because better this than my sofa or chairs!!!!

This is Fiona. Fiona is actually a boy. We thought she was a girl the first 5 years that we had her but recently found out she was a he. Actually, none of that matters for this review but we love her whatever her gender identiy is. We have had this scratching bowl for about 4 weeks now and she spends 95% of her day in this thing. She absolutly loves it. In the 6 years that she has been a part of this family she has loved nothing more than this. I thought that the price was a bit high when I purchaced it but I had a gift card and thought, well hey lets try it. It is worth the money. I wil buy another one when she uses this one to its limit. But I really think that it will last a long time. I highly recomend.
