I love this style leash. The length is perfect & having the 2nd handle when I needed to keep my dog closer to me is so convenient. It’s very well made. I would definitely recommend this leash to anyone!

Using with 80 lb golden retriever. Much easier to hold her close to me with the lower handle than trying to roll excess leash around my hands. Nicely made, good value.

Use for walking my Labrador

My dog is reactive and a puller at times and this leash does the job. The hand grip is very comfortable both at the end of the leash and the handle closer to the clip. My girl is 73ish pounds, and it can handle her lunging at cars she finds annoying or squirrels she wants to bring home. The second handle is great because it keeps her close to me when passing a distraction or we have limited space. I will probably purchase another to match her teal harness.

Ive used this leash almost everyday for the last couple of months. It is strong and sturdy enough for my two standard poodles. Washes well. Its a little longer than my other 6 leashes - I dont know if they were short or these are long. My only challenge is that the leash handles are alittle thick with the padding and dont always feel secure in my smallish hands. Having said that, the padding is nice.

This leash is perfect for my needs. I need to have a short leash for stability while walking (I have mobility issues). Once to a location where I can stand or sit, I let out the longer portion of the leash so my dog can go sniff to find the perfect place to do his business. The long leash handle goes around my wrist like you would with a trekking pole; hand up through the loop, then down to grab the shorter leash handle (trekking pole handle in the case of trekking pole). Up, then down. Extremely happy with the handle cushioning, leash material softness, bright color, and visibility of reflective threads. Perfect leash.

Excellent dog leash . comfortable to hold. And it has another holding place close to the dog, which is excellent for problematic dogs.

Easy purchase! Rope leash with traffic handle, heavy duty and well made. Has a small bit of stretch that will absorb a little shock from a strong puller. Highly recommend!

Great quality in material and in construction. The short handle gives ease of added control when keeping your dog in a close heal. Perfect for locations with other people and distractions.

So pros and cons: This leash is amazing, it’s durable. Easy to hold onto and grip and great for training Cons: I had this leash for 4 months, it was doing amazing however one day. My 7 month old pup while outside. I had turned away to go throw away some garbage and within 30 seconds, the leash was split in two. A few weeks before he had torn up the rubber/squishy part of the handle so it became just a rope handle. BUT keep in mind both incidents were done after being unsupervised for less than 30 seconds. SO this leash is amazing for chewers but only as long as you watch them when the leash is where they can get to it. Now I have a regulary, flat leash witch he can chew in even less time but I watch him at all times and keep it up.
