> 3 dayThis is great stuff. Whey isolate, whey concentrate and egg protein makes for a great protein powder. Also has a good amount of glutamine. This is the only whey I have ever tried that has no adverse impact on my stomach! The digestive enzymes in Amplify work. A bit pricey, but worth it.
