I received this bag as a Christmas gift and all I can say is WOW! The materials and craftsmanship are both outstanding. Perfect size for a weekend road trip with enough pockets inside and out to stay organized. Truly a bag that can be used for years to come.

This bag is well made and looks sharp. The leather is soft and the stitching is heavy duty. I was hesitant to order something online sight unseen but I would recommend this bag to anyone. Just go ahead and buy it! I gave it to my husband as a Christmas gift and I am so glad I ordered it. I read almost all of the reviews before I ordered it and the company who made it seems to be a quality company with excellent reviews also.

This is absolutely a great leather duffle bag. I previously bought one and had to return it because it smelled really bad. Do not buy the leater duffle bags for less than $100, as they are made with chemicals that smell terrible. The manufacturer said the smell will go away, but it didnt. This duffle came with no odor and clearly a better product. I searched the internet to choose the right duffle, and this one is it. Beautiful leather, great storage capability inside and out, great straps, and buckel hardware. Look closely at the pictures POLARE provides and you will see why this one is the best. This is a perfect choice for travel.

Definitely pack it full with blankets for pillows for the first week or two you have it to help the form... also a but of wax on the zippering portions helps a lot.

For a very long time, Ive been using a black, Dakota weekender duffel made of ballistic nylon, that has served me well. It has two side compartments and a center compartment with a flap top. Its light and strong and very generic looking. Did I mention Ive had it for a long time? I decided that I wanted something new, that had more of an Indiana Jones look, that was more stylish, a bit bigger, and made of leather. I gravitated to the Polare products as I already own one of their sling bags in leather of the same type and color and absolutely love it. It didnt really occur to me that I would have a matching pair so to speak if I got their weekender too, but now I do! The quality of this duffel is outstanding. The leather is beautiful and the stitching flawless. The zippers are clearly top notch and all of them feature leather pulls that arent going anywhere.In addition to the side and center compartments, there is one on the front that will hold my smallish tablet and wider/deeper items like cables and adapters and another in front of that that will hold flatter things like travel documents. On the back is another flat, zipped compartment. All compartments are lined with some sort of nylon to make cleaning inside a breeze. There is a shoulder strap provided that has brass, quick release connectors, that look like they are very heavy duty. The duffel is comfortable to carry by hand or over the shoulder. It will easily hold enough for a 5+ day trip. I have never received a compliment for my luggage, but after a recent trip to the Caribbean, Ive gotten several, especially with the sling bag along for the ride. I might just relic it a bit by dragging it down a country road behind my truck...NAH, I wont do that. But Id bet it would hold up just fine if I did and look great afterwards too!

Everything is amazing about this bag. The compartments the durability the size and all. The only downside of a leather bag is that it’s a bit heavy to begin with. But that’s the price you pay for a beautiful bag that is durable and holds so much. My husband loves this one
