    put on your head and wrap a rolled up undershirt around your head.it runs,place towel on your pillow,when you wake up shower,no shampoo,your head will be clean of all by product, and dht. read what durk pearson said about it 30 years ago,keeps head clean, mostly in winter, about every 10 days. im almost 70 and still have most of my hair,and i wasnt born with great hair.
