A fairly good product for cleaning bird cages, but dried on bird poop needs extra work. I dont care for the smell, but thats just me. Ive been using it for years and havent found anything better, so I continue to use it.

It really works! I have a conure. If his poop has a chance to fully dry on plastic surfaces, some of it turns to concrete & is impossible to get off using elbow grease. A pet store worker highly recommended Natures miracle, but it was no miracle against my conures poop. It simply didnt work. After hearing such glowing recommendations about Natures miracle, my expectations were not very high for this product. Well I was beyond thrilled when it actually worked!!! As others have said, spray it on & let it sit for a few minutes before wiping with a rag. Do I love the smell? No. But once you rinse it off the smell goes away. So who cares that poop-off doesnt smell nice. It is SAFE to use & cannot harm my bird, and makes an impossible task doable. If you have an issue with bird poop that has turned to concrete, give this a try. I bought the gallon on Amazon and went to the dollar store for a spray bottle. I am so glad I took the chance on poop-off.

I love this product. I dilute it to last longer and its still very effective in cleaning up bird poop. It has a clean smell and lasts a long time even with over 25 birds to keep up with.

I have four macaws and a Moluccan cockatoo. Poop-Off is the ONLY cleaner I will use to clean their cages. Its non-toxic, and it WORKS!

Love Poopoff. Not only removes bird poop, it cleans spots on my carpet, removes blood from fabrics, and cleans apholstry without bleaching colors. Poopoff is gentle, smells nice and is nontoxic. I have used it on almost everything that I have, as well as my bird cages and droppings my birds have left on my furniture, and carpet during free flight time. For dry poop, spray and let soak in a bit, and wipe up! Highly recommend.

When we received our Poop-Off bird poop remover refill we werent disappointed. The package was not dented or damaged in any way. The box was packed well to prevent the spilling of our product. Its a great savings to order the refill jug. It makes keeping Mangos cage a lot easier. Theres no harsh smell either. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a birdcage cleaner that wont be too harsh for your bird.

great product no issues with the product except amazon did not pack the product and it was dented since being plastic and leaked I mean come on amazon pack your items like this more carefully.......
