Compared to other window kits, this kit is based on a good concept but it misses out on stability. Read the directions on the site because the directions that come with it are impossible to follow. It wont fit a patio door opening as its too short, but if you have spare pieces from another kit it will fit fine.

Works as intended, arrived very quickly.

I have an old Delonghi portable AC unit and for the life of me couldnt find my window kit. I purchased this right at the beginning of summer and with it being adjustable it fit my window perfectly. Comes with everything you need. The adjustment screws held very well and lasted all summer. This time I made sure to put it away safely so I can use it again next summer.

I bought this kit because the one with my purchased A/C unit did not extend to the height of my window (57). Once you have set the height of the panels, the problem occurs because no matter how much you tighten the wingnuts, they do not hold the panels in place (gravity does its thing). I used duct tape along both sides in an attempt to get the panels to hold their position. I hope it works but, of course, it is somewhat unsightly. They should have this sorted out.

Fits my lg portable ac unit perfect. Didn’t need the duct attachment . Now I have a spare. Buy it.

Like many others, this extension kit is far better than what came with the DeLonghi air conditioner unit. As a determined 65 yo, I was able to install myself. It would be easier with 2 people but doable alone. Instructions could be a lot better, I watched a You Tube video to make sense of it before starting. No tools needed other than scissors to cut sealing material. Plus, plenty of sealing material. It is very sturdy, appears to be durable but this is just my first season. I would highly recommend.

It was a major bummer when I realized that the stock window kit that came with DeLonghi Pinguino PAC EM370 was too short to fit in my 46 tall window. After combing through some reviews and seeing positive comments about this particular window kit working well with DeLonghi ACs, I decided to give it a go. I can confirm that this kit indeed works well with PAC EM370. All I needed to do was take the stock hose attachment with the one included in this kit and everything worked like a charm. Installation was easy and includee sealing tape was very handy in ensuring a tight seal. While not premium quality, all the parts were sturdy and well fitting. Happy with the purchase and will recommend!
