I bought this for my wife and it definitely helps her with the pain. It gets super hot!

I actually bought this for my back. I drive twelve hour shifts on the ride share apps. My back has always been trash. By hour seven or eight I’m pretty achy. This is great for providing heat and vibration to the pain areas, super convenient to be able to strap it on, and small enough that it’s easy to stash away when I’m not using. Only downside is the battery life. It does last a good couple hours, just not as long as I’d like. Otherwise great product.

So my periods are so bad. And it seems like I always come on my period when I have to go to work. This just makes it so great because I can work and still get heat to either back or stomach. This product was so good all the woman nurses and techs was buying them. Oh and it heats hot hot. So be careful. The vibrations are a little loud but not where people think you using a vibrator. I absolutely loved it I even used it for my tooth aching pain. Absolutely great product. Ten stars

This has helped a lot with my cramps. The heat gets really hot so I recommend having a thing layer of cloth or clothing between you and it. And that is just the low setting!!

This is one of the best $20 I have ever spent. I was a little weary ordering it but it shipped quickly and the quality is great! Ive been using it about a year and it really helps. The heat is soothing - I only use low because it can get very hot. The vibration helps the cramps immensely. I dont know the science behind it but it feels like its breaking up the cramps in a way. Definitely recommend to anyone that deals with bad periods or wants some relief while having to function doing other things

Background: I realize that I might sound like a jerk, but I promise you that my wife and I are happily married... she is very patient. My wife is the type that lets you know when she is sick. Like, you KNOW. So, when Aunt Flo visits each month, its a few days and sleepless nights of the most beautiful whining you can imagine. Not exactly the moaning I want to here in bed. Ill give it to her though, she is a strong woman, so I know the pain is real. I bought this wonderful item to be the loving husband who was only thinking about her pain and suffering. You know what happened? It works and I sleep better... I mean, she sleeps better. Dont get me wrong, there is still pain, but the heat and vibration works like a charm and the battery lasts long enough to help her fall asleep. She has used it for a few months now. The sound of the vibration isnt too bad and she has worn it in public as well, yet the slight vibration sound around the mid-section does bring on some interesting glances. In short, she will like and appreciate this... you will love it! Buy, buy, buy!

Bought this for a workmate who has intense and painful cramps. They use this during those times of the month and thankfully it’s really helped them.

Pros: gets VERY hot super fast (hotter than and works faster than any plug in heating pad I’ve ever owned), battery life lasts for 3-4 hours on a charge (on low which is still very warm,) adjustable for different waist/hip sizes, comfortable material, fits well under loose fitting clothes.. overall wonderful for anyone with chronic pelvic pain. Cons: no clip on the band so you have to pull the whole thing over your head to put on which can get annoying, and the fact that there is no switch to turn it on but rather buttons to be tapped makes it a huge fire hazard. It has turned on in my bag several times and on the highest setting it absolutely has the potential to melt items!! There really should be a safety feature to prevent this. When I take it into work it has to be in my hand or on me so that it does not accidentally turn on on its own.

This product works well, and is comforting, but the waist strap is hard to remove.

This is so nice to have a heat pad on the go. The lowest setting is warm enough. I saw people upset that it turns off but I actually really like that feature. It’s nice not to worry about burning myself if I fall asleep with it on. Not sure if it’s just me but the heating does seem to come in waves. The vibration is also nice but a little loud. I would definitely recommend to people though! The buttons can also be a little finicky especially when initially turning it on.
