I never heard of such a product before so I just had to try it out. I was so pleasantly surprised at how well the product worked. It was fairly quiet and provided 3 levels of air flow. This will be particularly helpful to my elderly mother on those unusually hot summer days. A really cool product!

I love this product. It has 3 settings for air flow, low, medium and high. All feel very nice. My scalp sweats in the summer so this is going to be amazing. The only problem I have is that it sounds like something is broken inside the right fan and it constantly makes a clunking sound. Sounds like something is broken and floating freely inside the fan. I hope it doesnt break.

I am beyond pleased with this neck fan by UseeShine ! Beautifully manufactured and flawless on arrival this lightweight, rechargeable, neck fan is perfect for me while gardening here in the hot-hot-hot southwestern US. I was truly surprised at how lightweight this neck-fan is, you dont notice it at all and it is very adjustable to fit your neck and how you wish the airflow to operate. It is wonderfully powerful and actually spreads the airflow around your entire neck, face and head area. The fan itself is a really sleek, nice, not a geeky design at all with the mechanicals totally shrouded within the casing so there is no possibility or clothing or hair being caught in its operation. It recharges quickly for me and seems to hold a charge very well. On high it is just a tad noisy but in some ways I find the fan noise comforting. I have tried belt fans, hand held fans, cooling head bands everything to stay cool while gardening but I think I have finally found the secret with this neck fan. I am very, very, very happy with this item---thank you!

This lightweight neck fan is perfect for a person like me who gets very hot in stores. I charge it up before I leave and if I start to get hot I turn it on and Im instantly cooled off. Very lightweight so I could barely tell I had it on. Im greatful for how much Ill use this in the summer too.

Lightweight , adjustable speeds and positions round your neck . An absolute god send in this weather . Dont spend any more than you need to on a dearer fan , this one is great

..it should be in the form of a fastened hoop, with ventilation holes at the front and back. Then it would cool the face and neck. With the current construction, the air cools my jaw and ears, Im afraid Ill get an ear infection. With such a construction, the noise of the air would not be so annoying, because the air would not go straight into the ears. When sitting at the computer, I put it on sideways to cool my face, but unfortunately it doesnt work when Im on the move. Overall a pretty good gadget, but it should be improved a bit. I dont know anything about the battery life because I havent used it long enough to be able to evaluate it.
