Easy to use and fits my daughter who is on the smaller side- i was worried of her falling through but the grey cushion is a good size.

Granddaughter loved it. She can climb up and sit on her potty chair and have something to hold on to.

What toddler has a butt that big?

It was a bit confusing to put together so pay attention to the directions on the foot pads but once it was put together it is great. My 2 year old can sit while holding the handrails which is nice

Instructions are terrible. Please update your manual or put stickers on product. This should take about 2 minutes to put together if done correctly. If you put it together wrong you are going to have a ton of time and aggravation wasted. It appears that the feet should have the shorter rounder end toward the back with the more prolonged pieces in the front (toward the ladder vs toilet seat side). After getting the feet off, it didn’t fit on the toilet correctly. Images in photo and in description aren’t clear enough to see and it doesn’t differentiate in the manual. Tips: 1. Shorter Rounder side of foot should be facing more outer then toilet, or the first thing you see on the floor at the bottom of the steps. 2. Longer end of foot should be inner end toward the toilet. 3. Handrails: Hexagon type shape cut outs go on the inside with all round shapes on the outside. 4. Instructions indicate that toilet seat should be up. Potty seat goes on flat porcelain, not on top of regular seat. 5. If you put it together wrong it will be wobbly and not slide back far enough to fit flush leaving a gap. Foot placement is essential. 6. Do not follow image of standing up stool which makes it appear that feet should be in the other direction (We did this. It was very wrong! Learn from our mistake) Will update review after we actually use it! Appears to be a great product but haven’t gotten past the multiple install attempts until now :-) Hoping the review helps someone else and clarifies other poor reviews which may have been assembled incorrectly.

The whole in the potty was way to big. My daughter could fall right through .

It’s ok, easy to set up. But with a 2 year old who can’t quite figure out how to get on and off it, it looks easier then it is. She still makes messes while using it. Very frustrating to use but it works for now but

The hole is still too big for a toddler to sit on. In the effort to try to stay on they cant relax to go to the bathroom.
