This headset works great. Easy to use. People can hear me well and I can hear them. It also plays my audio books. Im a fan.

Prepare to be wowed. This headset provides easy connectivity, comfort and sturdy construction. The earpiece provides rich sound quality while the rotating microphone (allowing for left- or right-ear wearing) can be positioned perfectly because of its flexible feature. The controls are intuitive and easy to maneuver. A voice will tell you when the M99 has been paired successfully (In case it makes a difference, please note that this operates only via Bluetooth 5.1). A small tone will alert you when you have reached maximum volume. A mute button is perfectly and properly positioned near the tip of the microphone. I commend the lightweight construction and comfort (so far). Fully charged in about 2-and-a-half hours, it promises and delivers 55 hours of talk time, 65 hours of music playback and 90 days of standby time. All this, at a reasonable price and with a 3-year warranty!

I cant believe how much I like this headset. It is so soft on the ears like the old headphones used to be the soft spongy stuff. Its the fastest headset Ive ever had also turns off and on in 5 seconds. Great sound people can hear me great. I have been using this thing for about a month and Ive only had to charge it one time since I got it. All I can say is this headset is awesome and this company knows what theyre doing. If you need a great reliable headset that is comfortable this is the one I would definitely recommend to you.

We used this headset in our office, Bluetooth with our office commercial phone. This headset has worked well, with good voice cancellation picking up mainly the voice of the person wearing the headset, and we can hear well customer who is calling in. Battery life has been quite good. We are happy with this unit and would recommend it to others.

First thing I noticed is it utilizes USB C for charging the headset. Second thing is how well its built. The earpiece is soooooo comfortable. So far Ive used this set on a VERY long call and the battery has held up well. With other sets, after long calls, my ear hurts but with this one I didnt have that problem. Very nice. Be careful if you turn up the volume, this is the loudest set Ive used to date.

My job requires me to sit at a desk and take phone calls. But now I can get up, walk around, and still assist my clients at the same time. Highly recommend this items.

I use this headset for hands-free phone calls and listening to podcasts while gardening. Voice quality on phone calls is clear and warm, much better than from using my mobile phone alone. I like having one ear open to sounds around me. Headset earphone and microphone can be used on either side. Excellent product. Luca was very responsive to my questions.
