> 24 hourYeah, if you’re an adult, this things run on the smaller side. I got ended up getting the Large and it is a snug fit. Order up at least a large. If you have not skinny legs, just skip the large and order at least an XL size.

Since Im a senior citizen, I want to have some well made, professional looking, and durable pads for my elbow and knees. These do the job well. I ordered another brand that was too small, did not secure my knee and elbow well; neither did it feel well on.

> 24 hourElbow pads are perfect, Kneepads wouldnt fit everybody and tend to slide down, also if you tighten them enough so they dont slide you cant duck comfortably, but still a good purchase.
