I love the bag, but we need replacements for both bars that brace/ sturdy the inside of the bag because they both bent.

For 200.00 you would think this bag would come in perfect condition. The quality of the bag is really sturdy but all the hardware was rusted.

Loved this bag at first but only using this bag a total of 4 times this dance season and it already has a hole. Super disappointing.

I purchased the dance bag for dance competition as we needed a larger bag. On our second use the bag handle broke. I had read another review about reaching out directly to the company so I gave it a try. The customer service responded very quickly and after a quick review they offered to replace the bag. It is so nice to have a company stand behind their product. It’s a great size bag for my 2 dancers and the fabric seems very durable. It collapses very nicely for storage also.

The clips for straps are all rusted and corroded. When I packed everything up several of the zippers had problems. The side compartment zipper was broken. This bag cost way to much money to have these issues

This is a great bag, for the price. Had it out for two shows now and it works great. I did notice some rust on the D-Rings and stains on the bag when using it for the second show. Many people have commented on this, and the seller is aware of the issue. My guess is that a container of these was on one of those ships, stuck off the coast for several months and moisture worked its way in. The seller states in the ad, that the warranty is being extended to allow people to get resolution for this issue. I was already past the 30-day return period, so I tried contacting the seller through Amazon. Forget it! They (Amazon) make it pretty much impossible. I got the web site address from the instruction card that came with the bag and sent an inquiry to the seller (Elite Dance Gear). They answered within minutes and shipped out a replacement bag the same day. They even gave a partial credit for the trouble. That kind of service is hard to find these days.

This bag is great quality! It is has lots of roomy pockets and the garment bar is very easy to set up and holds all of my daughter’s costumes. It’s great to have something very self contained so her things are not spread all over the backstage. The rings on the inside are my favorite part. We can just pull out the hangers and put everything up on the rack. Everything stays needy and organized. Customer service is also fantastic! I had a small issue when I got the bag, but customer service rectified it asap! Would definitely recommend this to any dancer/performer or person who wants to be organized! **customer service still checks in on me months later to make sure all is well! Their customer service is unreal! Also asked me if I wanted a free nameplate for the bag 2 months after I purchased! Can’t say enough about bag or service!

Bought this for as a gift for my daughter who is a competitive dancer. Didn’t give it to her right away. When we went to assemble it the one rod that used for the garment rack has extremely sharp edges where the hole was double punched. Won’t stay assembled correctly and very tough to get the top bar attached and removed. Disappointed with purchase afraid sharp edges will tear costumes. Unfortunately missed the return window by 5 days. Don’t expect to last very due to the factory defect in the punching of the hole that stabilizes the whole one side. The metal pieces are starting to rust.

We love the large duffel bag! It offers wonderful storage for skating and dance costumes. Plenty of room for dance shoes, skates, tights and a makeup case. The garnet hanger keeps all the costumes neatly organized and it’s very portable!!

Spendy for a bag that has faulty zippers. From the first use of this bag the zippers broke. We had to make it work because we had a competition the next day, but I’m definitely disappointed in the quality.
