> 24 hourMy first impression is that the fit is exact. It took a while to continuously find the right spot to massage to get it to snap into final position. The upshot is an exact fit with no ugly slack for air to get to the block. Way better than the socks for my old MMSP. So far, so good.

> 24 hourUpdate: I can now strongly recommend this product. There is some weird offgassing smell the first couple times you use it. But after that it does exactly what it’s supposed to do to keep filament off the hot end and make your nozzle easy to keep clean. This fits the Prusa Mini+ hotend very well. But when I printed with it on for the first time using PETG at 240-230 degrees celsius there was a strong burning plastic odor/gas which filled the room. Not sure if this will subside over time as this is used, but it is unpleasant and probably not good to breath these fumes. So if it persists, I would have to downgrade my review and stop using this product.

> 24 hourThe Sock X is the one to get. A refined design and it goes on snug so not to interfere with cooling. Ive had no issues with this whatsoever, but its helped a lot with PETG (keeping it from getting stuck on the heater block/upper nozzle). Also Prusas documentation indicates their PID algorithms adapt quite well to any new hotend addition without manual tuning. So far Ive seen this is true and the hotend on my Mini+ heats up very rapidly, slightly overshooting and maintaining stability throughout the print.

> 24 hourI bought these directly from levendig rather than here on Amazon, so I know I have genuine parts. Unfortunately, running PETG at 250-260C, these socks last maybe 100hrs if youre lucky. Complete garbage.

> 24 hourSock fit Prusa MINI perfectly. After lots of use it has not stretched or looks like it’s going to fall off. The temps are a bit more solid while printing. I would recommend since it’s a relatively small cost compared to the time you’d spend cleaning and replacing heater blocks.

> 24 hourLIked the product except for the color. I would recommend the black one over the orange one. The orange came in a weird color, and it does not match the Prusa orange at all.

> 24 hourThese are the best fitting for the Prusa mini, and do an amazing job. Totally worth it

> 24 hourFor the first few hours of printing it gave off a stinky burned plastic smell, but then it went away. Looks clean, no issues so far.

> 24 hourFits perfectly on my Prusa Mini+. So far I have only used it with PLA at 185 degrees C and it works great. There was a very slight odor during the first few minutes of printing, but no other issues in dozens of hours of printing.
