Greater than one weekClaw trimming is a necessary evil sometimes, so whatever gets the job done quickly without frightening or hurting your pet is best. These trimmers are sharp and easy to use, and dont crush or crumble the claw. I trimmed my cats claws today - he really didnt want it, and fussed a little about being held, but he was purring the whole time.

15-06-2025I like that my hand is supported while maneuvering the clippers. I have arthritis and they give me the support I need to clip quickly. Both of my senior cats appreciate a quick clip.

> 3 dayWow, 5 stars deserved. I had inherited an old pair of guillotine-style nail clippers from my mom. Every time I used them, it was very stressful for my kitty. I bought these after all the good reviews and they are well deserved. I was able to quickly trim her nails while she was sleeping, no complaints. They are so sharp that they cut the nail swiftly and without force. Highly recommend for a less stressful nail session.

> 3 dayThis clipper makes a night and day difference comparing to my old one. Its sharp, precise, and cut my cats nail smooth like butter. No more nail splitting or cracking. My boy was even purring and enjoying his salon session. Just tried it when it arrived so cant speak to its durability. Hope it will stay sharp.

> 3 dayI have an old cat who’s claws don’t retract full anymore. She is like ripping Velcro when walking on carpet and bedding. I’ve been using cuticle clippers and these are way sharper and easier to use. I’ve been clipping her claws for a few years now, so while she is not thrilled with the procedure I can tell she’s much more comfortable afterwards when walking. I will warn you, if your cat does not let you play with their toes already you might not want to spend the money as cats can be very fussy and aggressive when trimming their claws. Please read up on how to safely trim your cats claws, if you cut to short and cut the quick you could seriously injure your sweet kitty.

> 3 dayI hardly ever write a review, but I feel I must. I had no idea what I was missing--thought that nail clippers were essentially all the same. BUT THEY ARE NOT. These scissors are the most humane scissors! No fraying and very sharp. My cat has been trying to tell me something: the other scissors create claw problems not only during cutting but after cutting. These do not twist the nail and they do not leave a nail that will fray. Get these. Spend the extra bit and make your beloved cats life easier and better. My two cents. :)

Greater than one weekThis scissors is sharp and just what I needed to cut my 8 lb. dogs nails! He HATES having his nails trimmed and turns into Cujo when we try to cut them. So my husband puts him in a headlock then I quickly trim. He still hates having it done but this is sharp enough so I can get it done and not get bitten. Seriously grateful for this scissors.

> 3 dayThe only way I could cut my cats claws was to wait until she was asleep on my lap and then clip two or three toenails; I can’t believe she sit still and lets me trim all claws in one sitting with these little gems. She’s 15 years old and hates the old large clippers. I misplaced them I decided to buy another pair and chose these little ones after reading all the reviews and I heartily agree, they make it easy for me to give her a manicure! I am delighted!

> 3 dayHighly recommend these trimmers for cat nails. They are easy to use and they trim very cleanly without leaving little bits like the other pet nail trimmers I have used over the years.
