this disc did the job it was supposed to do and we have no complaints.

I needed to wipe my hard drive to get rid of confidential client files but I am not very tech savvy. I took a chance and ordered this product. I had to go to the website provided to get support but it was very easy to follow their directions and successfully wipe my computer. I would highly recommend this product, but be sure to go to the website for support. The directions that pop up with the disk are confusing and you need to learn how to boot the disk from your CD-ROM drive which requires changing the boot order in the BIOS system. This is very easy to do but does require a trip to the support website.

its junk does not work

Used to clean my old laptops before recycling. Very simple, just booted up from the Disk Wiper disk, typed in ‘autonuke’ at the command prompt, and the program took over from there. No issues, just wiped off everything as promised over a few hours time.

As with many products, this one came with a request that before leaving negative feedback, contact us. I gave them 48 hours to respond to my request. I heard nothing. The product wouldnt boot. The instructions are lousy. An IT professional is obviously necessary to work with this product. Im looking for a refund.

CD did not even boot. I got ripped off

I could not get the software to work. I tried to find an .exe file or autorun feature and could not get the software to run on a Windows 10 system. I recommend using something else.
