> 3 dayI didnt rate sheerness because I dont know what that means in the context of a jigsaw puzzle. This puzzle has a lot of detail and great fun to assemble. This is my 1st 1000 piece Ravensburger and I found the pieces a bit thinner than their 500 piece but still higher quality than most other. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend for anyone who likes puzzle detail and the Ravensburger quality.

> 3 dayRavensburger quality construction, so pieces fit together well. It’s a fun design with lots of details, and at a scale that makes it interesting rather than exasperating. Not particularly challenging, other than the number of pieces. The size and design are good for working solo or around a table with 1-3 other people.

> 3 dayAh, this whole series of puzzles from Colin Thompson and Ravensburger are just tons of fun. Im slowly collecting all of them. As with the previous ones, the fun continues after you solve the puzzle, because then you get to roam around it picking up all the neat things hes stuck inside the cupboard (in this case). His little pink guys are back. Dont know what they are, why they are there or what they are doing, but I love em. Plus all sorts of visual fun and interest. So, some points: - Ravensburger puzzles are made with thick, meaty pieces. They fit and sit well. No worries about bends or mangles. - For the first time (in my experience with Ravensburger) they included a poster of the puzzle. Thats great, since the box picture is partially obscured by promo printing. Maybe this is a new thing for 2019. If so, keep it! - They are correct when they say low-glare finish. Even my inappropriately lit work area didnt cause any squinting. - Caution! Ravensburger does have the most puzzle dust of any manufacturer Ive tried (and Ive done a LOT of puzzles). The how I solved it section: These puzzles, because of all their unique areas, are close to an easy solve. In my case, I hit the reds first (including the patterned sections). The colored pencils are almost too simple to mention. Then I went for the alphabet. Next, the wheeled areas. Knocked out oranges and greens and then the shop on the right. From there, it was patterns and faces. Because this comes together so swiftly and its one of those puzzles, at about a hundred pieces left, I shut down the poster and just looked at pieces and puzzle openings. It became a combination of puzzling and Concentration (yes, I know that no one remembers the game Concentration). A fun and entertaining entry into the cupboard series by Colin Thompson. Miss them not!

> 3 dayThompsons puzzles are always fun, since the more you look at them, the more details you see. Ravensburger quality is great. The pieces fit together well, and the picture is really clear and sharp - no blurriness.

Greater than one weekIt’s a great puzzle. Good color and sturdy pieces. The only problem is the picture sent to guide you is way too small. Puzzle is detailed and the picture isn’t big enough to see the details.

> 3 dayThis was a challenging puzzle and gave my family a lot of joy to work on. The amount of details, different colors and complexity of the design made you work hard to make progress. You always feel a greater sense of accomplishment when you felt challenged. We also loved the way the pieces perfectly fit together.

> 3 dayLovely fun puzzle. Colin Thompson’s artistry is so fun with his little surprise characters popping up here and there. I was lucky in that all the pieces were there in my puzzle, but I did have two extra duplicate pieces around the little red barn in the upper left corner area. I know that means someone else is missing them. :-(
