> 3 dayThis suitcase literally made 1.5 trips before the zipper ripped! Although the suitcase is stylish and lightweight it is NOT worth the investment. It actually feels cheaply made so it wasnt entirely surprising when it gave out carrying about 40lbs! DO NOT BUY!

> 3 daySo happy with this purchase! My other suitcase was starting to go, so I decided to get a new one. This has gone through a few trips now (a couple on a plane - bringing my bag on the flight and put in overhead bins.) It looks great, super easy to move around, telescope handle is so smooth to go up and down, love the look and style of this suitcase. The interior area is great with pockets and both sides keep things locked in place. Totally recommend!

> 3 dayFirst use, made it 10-12 feet and the handle broke on the 28. Two months old (Christmas gift to my daughter). No way to fix the handle as far as I can tell, unless it looks bad. I bought it here at Amazon, but I guess there is no recourse but to buy another brand. $220 down the drain.

> 3 dayI like this suitcase overall but when we expanded it on a recent trip, the zipper went off the tracks and was not repairable.

> 3 dayOne of the wheels was broken before we were even finished packing on the large case. The plastic that attaches the wheel to the case is very flimsy. We havent used the smaller case yet. Its a shame because other than that they are lightweight and seemingly decent bags. But if they cant hold up to one session of being packed and picked up onto their wheels. how are they going to look after a trip through baggage handlng? Still waiting to get this one back from the airlines though, so hard to say what it looks like now!

> 3 dayMy husband bought this for me as I was in need for a checked bag. I love my carry on Kenneth Cole. We took it on a cruise in March and the entire side cracked in travel. We returned it and were sent a new one. I just got back from another cruise today. Before I even made it to the airport, I noticed it did not roll right. Both myself and my friend tried to see what was wrong and couldn’t find anything. The gate agent also had difficulty with the bag and couldn’t find anything wrong as the wheels spun fine but it kept tipping to one side. After we got on the cruise, I noticed the suitcase cracked around one of the wheels. For this price, I expected a lot more. Since the time to return it through Amazon has expired, I’m stuck dealing with the manufacturer warranty. Buyer beware! The plastic is not durable and the suitcase is heavy.

> 3 dayOrder suitcase as it was a nice color and the brand typically is sturdy. Unfortunately use it for the first time for a family trip and discovered it was already pulling away from the seams and I had not completely pack the bag nor ever expanded it. Also found multiple cracks around wheel and handle. My trip was by car definitely wouldn’t survive any airplane excursion. Completely wasted my money. What a disappointment.

14-06-2025Zipper does not hold up, even with light use. What a waste of money.

> 3 dayMy wife loved the luggage initially. The look, the size, all was perfect. Our problem is that she used it 4 times and the zipper has already come unstitched from the luggage. There were never any times of over stuffing or anything of that nature just not stitched well. We would like to exchange it in for perhaps a better sewn luggage but not sure if that is an option.
