Regent Labs Kleenite, Multipurpose Dental Cleanser, 9 Ounces (Pack of 4)

Our family’s dental hygienist recommended that our son use this product for his retainer. He has been using peroxide for the last year and it was getting cloudy and not getting clean. He really likes how easy to use, it doesn’t taste as bad as peroxide and the retainer is back to being clear. As cost goes, it will be less expensive over the year. Having the years s supply on hand is nice as well. No more, “I need peroxide at 8 o’clock at night”(Teenage boys). Especially during this virus when peroxide and alcohol are very hard to find. Well worth the money. He highly recommends it.

Easy to use

We use this for retainers and bite guards. Just one tiny cap full does the trick. Water is blue while the agent is working, then clear when its all clean.

The product is a bottle of powder-like cleaner. You fill the cap 3/4 of the way full and then pour into cold water that contains your item to be cleaned. A few things stick out for me in liking this product: First, I like using the cap to fill with the product versus having to break open a tablet package each time, which only causes more garbage anyway (Im a bit of an environmentalist). Second, this product calls for using cold water. The tablets I had used call for warm water. Therefore, I no longer have to wait for the tap to warm up. I just fill my nightgard/retainer container with the cold water, add the cleaner and Im done. Third, the price on Amazon (currently $4.99) for 90 uses is right on par with buying a stores generic version of the tablets, which means that I dont need to leave my house by purchasing on Amazon. Im currently almost three months into my first bottle and I sense that Ill need to refill soon, and I planned on buying more of this product, so I took a break to write this review. Three months, of course, is right around the 90 uses that the product advertises, so that seems to be accurate.

This cleaner is perfect for cleaning DAILY, both of my childrens retainers for three months, appliances look brand new and takes away odor caused after wearing all day, fast shipping

Fantastic stuff ~ recommended by my Prosthodontist ~ because my lower dentures are snap-in with metal parts. I know this product is different because my plastic tray rinses squeaky clean with just water..unlike my former product.
