Greater than one weekI installed the screen and after doing so I realized the cámara position was way off. Unfortunately since I removed the adhesive tape to install It I can’t return it.

> 3 dayThe screen works perfectly, and it included the right set of tools I needed and the guide to change the screen. I was even able to keep the original Touch ID. I have tried other screens and there were no guides, so I ended up losing the Touch ID, but this one had everything to make it work well.

I started using repair parts plus and after a couple good weeks, I got a bad screen so bad in fact that the flex cables metal connector BROKE off inside my customers iPad and it’s 100% ruined I’ve tried going to other repair shops and nobody can get it out! I have tried to email their customer support but haven’t heard back yet (3days now) hopefully they help me and I can change this review!

> 3 dayThis kit provides everything you need to replace a cracked screen. It is very difficult to remove the old screen because the adhesive is strong, and the screen actually sits down in the frame. I used a hair dryer to warm the adhesive, but it took a long time. Also be careful with the connector for the home button. I broke it off of the main board and now the home button is toast. A learning experience for me, and hopefully you heed this warning. On the plus side, the iPad is working and not shedding parts of the cover!
