I bought this because of the incredible low price and the fact that it can vacuum and mop. I love it! It’s easy to set up, use and clean. The only downfall for me is that the collection bin is to small. It’s not an issue enough to return the product, just wish it was larger. It came with additional sweepers, filter and the little sponge Matt that sits on top of the filter. It did not come with any additional mop heads however, they were easy enough to find on Amazon.

Used on tile floor, wood floor, and a rug and it makes it so we don’t have to sweep everyday anymore. Does it get stuck in certain areas but shuts off so it doesn’t waste the battery

Very easy to set up! I have Roise set to vaccuum every Thursday morning while I am at work but I think Im going to change the time to closer when I get home. We set it up and ran it for the first time Thanksgiving day. It did excellent but wouldnt fit under the couch, which was ok with us. But the past two weeks I have gotten a notification that Roise was stuck, when I got home she was under the couch! Its like a disobedient toddler, it will only get under the couch if Im not looking. I have not tried the mop function so I cant comment on that but I am more than satisfied with my purchase and for less than $200 too!!

I bought this vacuum for myself for my birthday & loved it so much, i bought another for my mom for Christmas! We have three dogs and this vacuum picks up everything including pet hair! The design is perfect as the extra suction and lack of rotary brush keep the cleaning of the vacuum to a minimum! Very pleased with the performance and cost! The only downside is if you have a google nest or google home, it will not connect via wifi! But still works just fine with out it!

I never tried the mopping function before I returned it. I had tried a eufy previously and found this vacuum got stuck in my furniture far more often - several times a cycle. I decided to return this and repurchase the eufy. It would have been great if I had different furniture.

I am VERY new to robot vacuums and hadn’t even heard of robot mops. I saw this one coming with both and had to have it. For the price, I was completely blown away. It does, exactly what I need it to, even when I’m not home. It has had a few setbacks, but nothing I wasn’t already expecting. I have noticed it will get stuck on cords and not really have the maneuverability to get itself out of sticky situations. It is also a lot louder than I thought it would be for such a small robot, and the moping reservoir is a bit too small for a whole room. All in all, I don’t regret purchasing this product and will definitely keep up to date with the company’s latest tech.

Easy to set up, easy to do pretty much everything. My only complaint is how easily it snags cord and wires, but that is easily remedied by keeping any wires from dragging the floor, even behind your couch. The low profile design allows this lil guy to go everywhere. We have a 115 pound doggo who sheds a lot, so the first time I ran the vacuum it needed to be emptied many times during the first run. Now I run it once a day, and empty it twice while it is running, and again when it returns to the charging station. Works great on our hardwood floors, not great at all on our rug, or our indoor welcome mat. The vacuum doesnt pick up large stuff very well, but it does great for dog hair and any dust. Ive not used the mop function though, so I cant be much help on that end.

This is our third robot vacuum. We like the wiping feature in addition to the vacuuming. It does a better overall job that our last robot cleaner and the battery lasts a lot longer too. One pitfall, we need to be around when it is doing its job because it gets stuck under certain pieces of furniture and we need to rescue it.

We love it, but the only thing is most of the time it vacuums only one room and we have to pick it up and move it to do another room. Besides that. It has really help keep our floors clean when we have 2 cats and one sheds, so if you have kids or cats this product is awesome for you

First I thought it was thinner. The suction is good, but it doesnt seem to recognize things like shoes and slippers and bypass them. It has tried to go over them and then stop .
