We had our Lefant vacuum for six months, ran into a problem and engaged with them for assistance. Communications were promptly replied within the next day (time zones! and when the problem could not be resolved they shipped us a new vacuum! Very happy with the purchase and the service beyond the sale! Thanks!

I bought this as a lightning deal on Amazon. I use it quite regularly. Quiet and does a good job.

Pros 1. Battery life 2. Picks up a lot of stuff, it has 3 suction modes and theyre enough to clean my floors. Cons 1. The QR code on the unit points to an app that does not match the photos on amazon and the app has no options, it does not work at all. With no app all advertised functions are not available. 2. Runs into everything aggressively. 3. It searches 99 percent of the house running into everything aggressively before it finds the dock. 4. Auto mode is the only mode available and edge cleaning is extremely aggressive, it will go along the edges of all rooms 10 plus times per cleaning cycle while it should be cleaning the entire floor. 5. Sometimes cannot handle an elevation change in the floor, sometimes acts like a theres a barrier and will not enter a room but theres no barrier. With no app for iOS and no possibility for firmware updates, its stuck at auto mode and it dont work well.

After having disappointing experiences with previous robot vacuums (Holove brand purchased 3 years ago) I was impressed when I saw a Lefant vacuum at someone elses house, so I bought one myself. It has only been here for a few days, but I love this little machine so much. It runs quietly and gets to work with gusto. This model sucks up probably 5+ times as much dust and pet hair as any previous robot vac Ive had. It also has an extremely logical method for covering the entire area, which is nice to see. It docks itself perfectly and without noise. I currently only use it on hard floors. I did not find that pairing with the app was very user friendly, so I abandoned the project. It was not important to me to use the app so I didnt try very hard. If it had been easy to pair I might have used it, but its not a big deal to me to just press the start button each day. It came with an extra filter and an extra set of brushes, which was nice. Obviously time will tell as to how well this vac works long term, but for now I am very pleased.

cannot - absolutely cannot - pair this thing. I have tried everything and have now given up. otherwise it does an ok job... will not return itself (have to figure that out i guess). Id rather use my broom along all baseboards etc. - does not do the edges. kind of defeats the purpose..........

Falta de axesorios pero fuenciona bien

Tengo este aspirador desde hace 2 meses aproximadamente y es pésimo. Su succión es deficiente, no recoge muchas cosas y dice que su deposito es de gran capacidad pero eso no sirve de nada porque el polvo abre la tapa del deposito y empieza a botar la basura en el recorrido, debo limpiarlo constantemente, verificando que no este abierta. Según su publicidad incluye un control remoto pero no es cierto, se comprometieron a enviar el control remoto pero no me llegó. Me arrepiento de comprar esto.

we love everything about this vacuum. We run it every day on our main floor and about once a week in our basement and it does what its supposed to do. Also, very easy to clean!

5/6/23 Update: Finally got their App to work. The problem is lack of product use and conection instructions and an ineffective help desk. Despite much troubleshooting to get their news cellphone App to work on my Galaxy S22+ phone, it fails to allow me to register to use the App. Without use of thd App i cannot use all the functions/features of the device. Beware if you have the same issue. Too bad their App is causing me to return the device.

I bought this to use only in a room I have set up for 4 cats (upstairs). Its their playroom and has multiple litter boxes so you can imagine the hair and litter. The room has laminate floors and this vacuum works great in there. It sucks up the hair and litter with no problem. That floor stays clean now! The dirt collector and filter are super easy to clean. It even has a remote control, but Ive struggled a little with the option to set a timed cleaning so I just use the remote to start it. So far it has really been worth it!
