Rollo Direct Thermal Shipping Label (Pack of 500 4x6 Fan-Fold Labels) - Commercial Grade

I was skeptical at first, but when I tried this paper in my new thermal printer, I was impressed. Easy and smooth print; sticks perfectly to packages. I will be ordering more soon.. Don’t change anything, they’re perfect!

Just what I ordered.

Had trouble setting this up and called the 800 number. It went to a voicemail system and I didnt leave a message, but I got a call back anyway in 10 minutes and the lady stayed on the phone with me until the set up was done. It was user error, but she was very patient with me and even showed me some tricks to help things run smoother that werent related to my original problem. I dont write many review, but Rollo has earned my business!

The label backing is too opaque for the gap sensor on the Jiose printer. The labels quality is good and they do print well on the thermal printer, the only problem is that it does not work with Jiose.

These labels are great. They feel thick, print well and do not tear easily. The adhesive is comparable to that on 3M tape. The only issue I have with these labels is the price. They are very well made and feel as if they could stand up to any abuse in shipping they could come across however. I feel the price Is a bit high. I have expensive labels that I have a great deal of confidence using at around half the price. I gave them 3 stars for value for money because as we they are slightly better quality.

Easy to setup in printer. The print quality is great!!!

The printer kept jamming and after consulting rollo.com and YT to try to figure out the fix, I finally saw that the printer was jamming b/c the lower right side of each label was attached to the one on top of it. So ended up not being able to use several labels (theyre super bent and printer ended up peeling some of the adhesive off the backs). The paper worked GREAT until this happened. It appears that the perforation between the labels wasnt thorough. I hope they address this quality control issue in the future b/ as a whole its a great product.

These are a little more expensive than the third party ones, but since I use them as shipping labels I need to know they will survive the trip. After using over 500 labels I can safely say they work well. They print well and dont fall off.

There are a lot of negative reviews (bad shipping, technical issues with printing itself) but none of these can be blamed on the product. Shipping damage happens and if you don’t set up the printer on your computer correctly, you will have issues printing. The test image from Rollo is a high quality PDF and prints flawlessly. The prints from Shopify aren’t as high quality as the sample label, but with a little tweaking it’s acceptable.
