> 24 hourIf you own a Router, then you know how expensive quality bits are. When I first saw this listing, my immediate thought is No way these can be decent at this low price. I was totally incorrect. First thing is that they come in an aluminum case that has a viewing window in order to see each and every bit from outside the case. The bit holders are correctly marked with which bit goes where. I like cases like this because you can take just a quick glance to ensure that you have properly stored each bit that you used as soon as you are finished. Not being in the habit of doing this is how bits get lost and sets like this become incomplete. The first bit that I used was the 1.25 Round Over bit. I used it in my Ryobi Fixed Base Router (non-plunge model). I also own the Ryobi Plunge Router as well as the Ryobi One + 18v Finishing Router - this one has a 1/4 collet. I have a set of these just like this one just for that router. I used it on Butcher Block Counters that we placed in our RV, replacing what was included from the factory. Considering the Butcher Block was Birch, which is a hardwood, I knew this would show just how well built these are. I rounded the edges that we would come in contact with as well as a few others for appearance sake. After making about 18 to 20 runs, I let the bit cool and examined it closely with a magnifying glass. There were zero nicks, very little sign of wear and the edge looks like it will cut another 100 strokes before it dulls out. These are good bits. I am currently using the small dovetail bit to repair a drawer from an solid oak desk that we own. Years of use caused the rear of the drawer to break apart. I am shortening the drawer by 1 to remove damage and resetting the dovetail joints. The new bit matches the existing dovetail, so this will be a fairly easy job. This is a GREAT selection of bits for the price, making this an excellent value. Rounding off the Great Selection Solid quality for what I have seen so far Fantastic Storage Case Excellent Value for the Price. 5 Star Review!

> 24 hourFor the occasional router user, this set is a big win. Lots of pieces, a storage case. And if that is you, buy it! You will have a winner on your hands. I deducted 1 star for the case. I felt it was a miss. It feels cheap and destined to break. Unpacking it, the foam liner was stuck to the bubble wrap it came packed with. As carefully as I tried, I still had some foam rip. You need to tuck the bits in to get the case closed. Im sure a better case would have made the set cost more, so it is a trade off. Again, big win with all the pieces for the price.

> 24 hourMy recent purchase of router bits was even better than expected. They. Arrived in a nice aluminum case with a large plexiglass viewing area making bits easy to locate. The bits appear to be of very fine quality and will most likely fill the needs of the average DIY projects. Yhe price was another great feature. I highly recommend this product for its value, utility, and quality

> 24 hourThese bits should work okay with soft woods, and possibly very slowly with hard woods, but not in any sort of commercial setting. Remember, you get what you pay for.

> 24 hourI love the case. I love the organization all in one place. It’s really nice to have such a big variety of bets to start with and see what type of finish you like. These bits are razor sharp but until I’ve tested them I can’t testify as to how long they will hold up. They seem to be pretty nice quality and should be a really great tool set for entry level woodworkers.

> 24 hourWhen I saw this set of bits with the wide variety of configurations, quality carrying case and carbide tipped, I had to give it a shot. Wow, was I surprised by what arrived. Seeing a set of this size and variety for the price, I was expecting average quality at best. Thats simply not the case at all. These bits are very sturdy, sharp, accurate and durable. The bearings seem to be constructed of quality materials and have, during my use, held up fantastically with no sign of wear of damage. As a home woodworker, I think that these bits will likely give me years and years of satisfactory results with no need of replacement. I have used some of these bits on Plywood, Juniper lumber, Oak lumber, Pine lumber, and even MDF with excellent results. Some of them I have used dozens of times and still seem quite sharp with no signs of tearing, grooves from nicks or burning/burnishing that you can experience with dull bits. I particularly like the design of the carrying case, with the clear front window, so you can see what bits you have. The case itself is particularly sturdy and I see no reason why it would ever wear out with normal use. The dimensions and designs of the various bits seem to be right on, so no worries about mismatched joints. Overall, I have been very pleasantly surprised by this set. It is what I would consider more than adequate for pretty much every home woodworker. No, they are not what I would call industrial quality that you would expect for high end cabinetry and such, but for that you would be spending much more money anyway and not buying a set in this price range. Me, I cant really tell the difference and I look forward to utilizing this set for many many years.
