> 3 dayI am familiar with the product, but one of the items did not accept the serial number, I called and was told an email would be sent after waiting for 45 minutes I called again and was told that it takes a couple of hours. Six hours later still waiting.

> 3 dayi ordered the download. It would not install. I then ordered the disc. The key on the disc envelope did not work. Said it was not a valid number for either program. Neither the download nor the disc worked.

Greater than one weekcould not install. the numbers were not acceptable. contacted support and was told that the manufactor would contact me in 3 to 4 hours. Its been 4 days and nothing! No support of any kind.

> 3 dayThe Roxio NXT9 software doesnt recognize MPG video files. I have used Roxio Creator 10 for many years, and that DVD maker recognized MPG files. When I create a video I always save it in a MPG format. The Roxio NXT9 software was advertised as an improvement to Roxio Creator 10. Its not since it doesnt recognize the MPG file format. It was a waste of money.
