On top of that, the link to the support page for the distributors product would not work so there is no way for me to try and settle this with the distributor. Will be returning with hopes of getting a better product.

I didn’t realize they were as small as they are but I went ahead and installed one just to see what it would look like and I have to say that I absolutely love these knobs! They are extremely modern and stylish. Not gawdy! Just the right size! Highly recommend these for cabinet drawers,dresser drawers, etc.
