> 3 dayA great set of discs that cut equivalent to name brands at a budget-friendly price per disc. 50 discs that come in a nice, plastic carrying case. My dad was shocked when he saw they cut stainless steel and he was a sheet metal worker so thats a bonus for me. Fits 4.5 properly and does what it says it does. Couldnt ask for anything better.

Greater than one weekIt did the job I needed but at start the wheel was jumping a lot. Never used this wheel before so not sure if it was just a fluke or cutting wheel is this way by design. I was cutting both aluminum and steel pieces and it jumped too much for my liking. Eventually steadied down to what im used to. Ill try another disc later and ill update again.

> 3 dayAs the headline says, after using several of these to cut various metals around the shop for a few days, number one they seem to wear down a LOT slower than the generic ones from the Big Box stores, but most importantly they cut well and dont have a tendency to Grenade ... Add in the cost (being about half of the Big Box styles) and these are a definite winner for the home shop, Garage, etc. As with all cutoff wheels, if using on thicker metal, keep them cool (meaning take a break here and there during long or deep cuts) and these are definitely a great alternative to the cheap throwaway styles most places carry.

Greater than one weekOnly use occasionally, but this pack will last a long time. Cuts as advertised. Fits well with my 4.5” grinder.

> 3 dayThe wheels are similar to other economy wheels on the market. One difference is, you get 50 wheels and many others only give you 20 to 25 for same price point. They came in a protective plastic container, which was nice. Will they cut stainless? Yes, and they’ll cut any other carbon steel, too. Will each one last as long a a 4 dollar blade? No, but they are very economical and I am very satisfied with the product.

> 3 dayAs a heavy equipment mechanic, I use these cut off wheels on my 4 ½” angle grinder in places where I once had to use my acetylene torch. The torch was quicker, but these cut off wheels do a much neater job without damaging the surrounding materials. What I really like about these cut off wheels is that there are two abrasives discs sandwiched be tween two fiberglass mesh wheels which really extend the life of the abrasive discs. The fiberglass mesh discs also eliminates most of the surface burn and burring, reducing the amount of secondary process required.
