Greater than one weekInstalled in MSI X570 board, which comes with its own NVMe heatsink. Because installing the motherboard heatsink would require dismount and remount the one of the motherboard screws, I chose not to do it. Surprisingly, the Samsung manual does not recommend using an aftermarket heatsink.

Greater than one weekI used this to install in an older HP Omen laptop as it came with an unused empty m.2 slot. Installation was a breeze, and setup was easy as a simple google search will explain step by step. My laptop has been sluggish with an HDD as my only drive. Boot up took forever, and now my laptop purrs and boots up lighting fast. I literally mean that it’s fast and starts-ups fast. This laptop is now better than new.

> 3 dayI always buy Samsung hdds and Nvmes. The first thing I dont like with Samsung that they dont include the screw and the screw adapter with their Nvmes. BAD move Samsung for a pricy product.
