> 24 hourThe last thing I expected to fail was this memory card. I installed it in my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite when I purchased it back in April 2021. This is the catch 22 with large capacity storage cards. You have the means to store lots and lots (256gb) of data, but you also risk LOSING lots and lots of data! Fortunately, although my Galaxy Tab couldnt even see the card, I was able to access the data by using my PC. Still, the card refused to be write-enabled under ANY circumstance, and that was a total pain in the ass! I have come to use my tablet for everything that I used to use my computer for. This means all manner of valuable data was nearly lost. And thats what annoys me the most! How can I trust this technology if it is so subject to total failure?! And this wasnt some cheap off-brand, but was Samsungs premier high speed, high endurance product. Oh, and obtained warranty service is right out of the middle ages, requiring copies of the receipt, and photos of the card itself. Im told Ill be receiving a return envelope after which I suppose Ill receive a replacement. And how long should I expect THAT to last? For my inconvenience, they should send me a 512gb card.

> 24 hourNote on the 256GB: The card IS a 256GB card, but computers show the capacity in GiB because base 2 rather than base 10.

> 24 hourAt this price point and free prime delivery from US, its no brainer. It was $50 aud when I bought this. Write speed is around ~70mb/s, read is around 80mb/s on h2wtest. Forgot to take a photo. But still three times cheaper than 512gb, also around $30-$40 sandisk 256gb in Amazon AU, and still does the job.

> 24 hourI bought this to use as extended storage in my Surface, which only has 256GB of internal SSD. This fits and is fast enough that I dont notice extra delays when using files located on the card.
