The tablets size from the unpacking was impressive. The screen size and resolution is superb. I took the tablet to work and my co-workers were very impressed. The Samsung Dex feature was very useful. I used the feature during several meetings to take notes while viewing presentations with the split screen feature. It was very useful and easy to go back and forth from my notes and the presentation. My colleagues in the meeting were impressed by the size and versatility of the tablet. They were all using big laptops. At home Im no longer using my desktop for my home work. The Dex feature is also useful to pay bills and work on current projects. The pen is uselful to draw out and make highlights in my projects. But with all this work there is sometime for play. The tablet feature and pen is fun and easy to draw and play games with. Movies and videos in 4k is very impressive. Overall I recommend this tablet, Ive used an iPad pro and I can say I like this tablet better. Awesome tablet. The tablet was $200 cheaper so I bought it right away. The Dex mode is awesome and really helpful. The display is quite amazing which is no surprise since its coming from Samsung. I am happy with the overall experience of the tablet. I gave only 4 stars because it came without an earphone. I called Amazon twice and the only solution they had was to return the tablet and order a new one. I couldnt do that since I was traveling and didnt have the time to order a replacement. If it came with a earphone, I would give it 5 star.

Very nice. I use it all the time. Very clear screen. Very responsive. Really like the pen. I use it to draw quite a bit. Great battery life. I can go 9.5 hours before I need to think about recharging. And some apps allow me to hook up my wired switch controller (with a adaptor) to play games. Really like it

A bit expensive for what it is. It has more features than I needed. But I wanted a QUALITY Android tablet, and this fit the bill to replace my old/slow Nexus 10. The screen looks fantastic- bright, sharp, excellent contrast and color. Good battery life. Very fast. Samsung hasnt destroyed Android with too much junk and they applied updates reasonably so far. I have had it almost a year now and use it every day. The S-Pen might be nice, but I dont use it and have no need for it. The sound is fantastic for a tablet- especially the surround effect when watching movies in 5.1. Has a real headphone jack (and I would not have bought it if it didnt). Have used Dex a few times, it is neat, but nothing I need. Wireless is solid and fast. Would have been nicer if it had a fingerprint sensor (on the side). Love the wide aspect ratio. SD card works perfectly. Small, light, thin bezels, thin body, just a top-notch job.

Very light and compact as well as easy to use. Face recognition is quick and even works in darker conditions. Only gripe is that if you are lying down you need to move the tablet up for the scanner to id your face. Sadly it does not have a fingerprint scanner. Yet, the tablet is fast and fantastic for media consumption, as the screen is gorgeous and the colors are full and vibrant. Highly recommended for media consumption. The tablet includes an S-pen stylus (which I seldom use). However, my 10 yr old girl truly loves to draw and using the s-pen and the Pen-up app make it easy for her to draw and print anything she imagines. So, all in all, I give it two thumbs up and recommend it!

I have had several Samsung tablets. This one is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. It constantly freezes up and has to be rebooted everyday. I cant take it anymore! Its going in the trash. Going back to a Google pixel.

Amazon knowing sent me a defective product saying it was new and nothing about a pixel being out on the screen. I was suspicious of the very low price (700 including the keyboard case) for this particular model(not the black), but I bit. A-holes. Normally this would have been much more expensive. Buy from Amazon and this may(and probably will happen to you).

This is my second Samsung Galaxy, I have no complaints so far
