    I love Samsung tablets, but the one I bought is a lemon. This device has a faulty touchscreen. I have the sensitivity set to Max, and it still barely responds to touch. You have to tap it 6 or 7 times to get a response.

    So I brought this tablet on March 21, 2021, not realizing its an international tablet and after 3 or 4 months I CAN NO LONGER use this tablet, I have no idea what happened, not sure if the update messed the tablet up but I cant get into the tablet its stuck on an error screen I sent it to two repair shops neither could help me and I even sent it into Samsung and they couldnt even help me, I contacted the company I purchased the tablet from and they couldnt help me either. I got no money back for the product or no replacement what a WASTE OF MONEY!!!

    Bought a Samsung tablet which I’ve had for less then two years and it has completely gone black. No warranty was ever offered and I have kept this tablet in excellent condition and for it to go out is ridiculous. No response from the third party seller to make things right and Amazon is unwilling to to do anything. Spoke to Samsung and their manufacturing warranty is only good for one year. Never again will I buy electronics off of Amazon.
