Not very happy with this, not sure why but it seems sluggish compared to a new one I purchased recently same brand and model.

I was not able to use my refurbished tablet, it was not reformatted properly. Upon set up, I needed the pin number or google account associated with the device prior to reset. I have sent it back for an exchange, hoping this vendor will make things right.

Really frustrated, bought this end of October its now Feb and the tablet has died already and isnt fixable

Amazing purchase! Great picture quality and battery life! Amazing seller, it was shipped super quick! I got it the very next day. It came in perfect condition I almost thought it was brand new! Gonna order one for all my kids I would give it more stars if I could.

Not for high end demanding apps but works great for basic apps, browsing, youtube, etc.

Slow at loading apps/pages or changing apps/pages, even dragging down the for the top menu as a large to it. However, it downloads, Uninstalls, runs games, plays videos just fine

Kids enjoy Samsung kids build-in app, just my opinion but the best kids mode app hands down
