I ordered this for hubby for Christmas. When he turned it on didnt want to work right. For some reason it was stuck in demo mode or something like that so I messaged the seller and they were very nice and helpful. They asked me to send it back for free and they would send me another one. And thats what happened. I got another one in about a week and it works perfect! Hubby loves it

Received in like new condition, works very well and clean

Ive had this tablet for 3 months. It has now stopped connecting to the internet. Lots of money down the drain!! DONT BUY IT.

El producto me llegó bien, realmente superó mis expectativas, yo lo uso para trabajo (aplicaciones de office), leer documentos, contenido multimedia, video llamadas, tomar notas y es más que suficiente, no he tenido problemas de respuesta, todo va muy fluido, para lo que yo hago no necesito más, la pantalla es muy grande más de lo que imagine pero a mi me gusta, si necesitas algo más portable si recomendaría una tablet de menos pulgadas y más pequeña por que incluso sostenerla con una mano a veces se complica, pero depende de las necesidades de cada persona, a mi me va bien.

I don’t understand why this thing constantly needs to update. I get as soon as I activate it it would need to update. I’ve had it about 4 days and can’t really do anything on it because it constantly reminds me that it needs an update.

Indeed, the battery life is wonderful. It lasts more than a day. I mostly use this for note-taking. In my 4 months of usage, I faced two main problems.

After searching for hours & days for a replacement tablet from my Galaxy Tab A 10.1 inch, I stumbled into this one! Sprint is becoming T-Mobile & my old tablet was from Sprint.

Love the screen on this tablet battery is good touch screen is great. It is a little heavy once you put the case that closes but if you get the clear plastic case is not as heavy.

Overall works as advertised. The charger it came with is not a fast charger, however.
