> 24 hourI have lupus with mobility issues. My husband and son have no clue how to (as my grandmother used to say) run the sweeper. (Actually, thats not quite true - my son knows how and actually does it unprompted from time to time, but its mostly up to me). If you are pressed for time, this Samsung is what you want for shag carpets/fluffy rugs/anything with a lot of nap. The ELLGEE cordless vacs are amazing, but shag is their kryptonite. Skip the big brand. If you get one free, take it, but otherwise, thumbs down. Anyhow, my love of the right tool for the right job is no secret, and vacuums are no exception. I have gone through several kinds/brands since I started having trouble pushing things around - sometimes because they were unsuited to their intended purpose for anyone (gross bagless ones that required me to stick my hand into the yucko in order to clean the basket), sometimes because they couldnt handle my hair, let alone my cats hair, sometimes because they died after one use, and sometimes because even though I had loved them and they were solid reliable working class heroes this old bag of crunchy bones could no longer stand the pain. Putting my last upright on the sidewalk with a Free - Works GREAT sticky hurt my heart. What didnt hurt my heart was putting a D*son V6 out right next to it. Thing was fine as long as you didnt need it to pick up anything heavier or bigger than floor cheerios. Pellet cat litter was a nope for that one. I kept the V7 and still have it. But I use it only in the back hall where the catbox lives and use it to clean cat hair off the bathroom floor because it has all the nicest attachments for tight places. Its useless on carpets and scatters pretty much everything you can think of on hard floors. I put it together from a refurb deal on the head and various parts on various sites. The big brand killer was an EllGee that is phenomenal on hard floors but a bit overzealous on carpet. By overzealous, I mean it tries to pull the rug up off the floor, chokes itself out, then dies from lack of oxygen. Cleaning carpet nap out of the intake port is a pain I never thought Id be willing to endure, but I figured out that this was why Id gotten these refurbs so cheaply. You think theyre dead, but they arent. Theyve shut themselves down because they need to be cleaned in places its up to you to figure out how to access. NGL, the ELLGEEs are monsters. But the pain/clean ratio, while better than the big name brand, is still a tough one, especially at their price point. Which brings us to the Samsung. Right up front: you may not like how you empty it. You take the catch bin off and dump it. If you want to, you can also take off the mesh filter. I like this. I dump it, wipe it down, and its like having a new vacuum every time I use it. Beyond that, it gets all of the dirt out of my carpet without blocking its own intake - the dirt goes and stays where its easy to get rid of. You arent prodding your vacuums unknown places with a chopstick trying to get it to breathe so it can start. In this way, it is more like the D*son, which only rarely blocks itself. However, the Samsung is lighter than both. It has a long wand (the ELLGEE is adjustable, and the D*son is kind of a backbreaker at my height - 55) that makes it possible to reach under the furniture all the way to the wall. Its also less expensive new than either of my other cordless vacuums was refurbished. If the idea of taking your vacuum apart to dump it bothers you and you dont have (shag) carpets, the ELLGEE is excellent. Best in class. If you have shag carpets/rugs, this Samsung is the best of the three.

> 24 hourBattery with unit wont hold a charge for over 10 minutes of vacuuming and cant get a replacement provided. Only choice is to return the whole unit! Dealing with this outside of Amazon as their response so far has been unacceptable. The unit also was to have a multitool and flex piece which both were missing. Seems like a well engineered item but these issues make a 1 or less. Fix it and I will adjust my review.

> 24 hourBought this unit on sale before Christmas as a gift for me and my wife. Used it maybe 15 times and the roller stopped rolling. The way it is designed you cannot take the roller off and service it yourself if anything gets wrapped up on the other side of the motor. Reached out to samsung they want the whole unit mailed to them for service so shipping will probably cost almost as much as paid for the vacuum. Since it was purchased before Christmas it is too late to return it. AVOID samsung appliances. Electronics are fine, but appliances are a rip off

> 24 hourI had my doughs about a battery operated vacuum, but the SAMSUNG Jet 75, surprised me. It has lived up to its data sheet. The suction is variable to provide the added bust when needed, it is very maneuverable, and very easy to empty. Now, as always we will see how long the vacuum lasts, longevity is important too.

> 24 hourI researched a number of these vacuums for ever and ended up taking a chance in this model, having seen numerous favorable reports. The 60 min battery is excellent the cleaning power is just amazing , especially if you have pets. I purchased an additional battery as we have a large home I can only say excellent

> 24 hourWe bought this new from Amazon directly, but Samsung has clearly repackaged this model, omitting a key part: the $19.99 Combination Tool (brush tool). Its shown in pics, and listed as part of the vacuum (not an accessory) right on page 1 of the Owners Manual (see image). We called the day we got this (12-14-22) and were promised a replacement tool in 10 days. We called 27 days later,on Jan 9, 2023, and again a 2nd Support rep promised to send us this key missing part. Inexplicably, today, 24 hours later, I got an odd text from Samsung saying they could not fulfill the replacement part request and they were cancelling it! They suggested I call J& J International and BUY one instead! Of course, I dont even have the Samsung part number at this point! And, on principle, I refuse to fork over $20 more. I was really hacked. Called Samsung a 3rd time. Another 45 minutes on the phone. A 3rd Ticket opened. A 3rd promise for them to maybe send me a $19.99 Combination Tool for the missing one from my Pet 75. I did find this tool finally by Googling Samsung Pet 75 Combination Tool. It pops right up on the Samsung website. You can order it. But why? Its supposed to be included. Without this tool, theres no way to vacuum drapes, curtains, blinds, clothes, car seats. A brush is a necessity. FWIW, the battery is pretty small. Youll have to drop another $100 to get the larger spare Samsung battery. So, add $100 to the price as they included the smaller battery. It last about 15 minutes. This vacuum has lots of suction. My wife really likes it. Me, I was ready to return it on Day One (12-14-22), when I found the brush tool was missing. She wants me to give Samsung a 3rd chance to fix this. What is also strange is the wall bracket has a mounting ring for this combination tool to attach to that doesnt accomodate the other small turbo brush, plus the manual shows this brush in it pictorially, and doesnt show it as an optional accessory. Were not sure what Samsung product design department was thinking, as this omission is baffling every customer. It seems like the marketing group REPACKAGED the Pet 75 to lower the cost, and omitted the brush to save a few bucks, forgetting its listed in the manual as standard (not optional) equipment. Thats a deceptive and unfair trade practice, illegal in most states. To be crystal clear, Ive called SAMSUNG Support three times over a missing $20 brush tool in the past month. And, twice my replacement orders were cancelled mysteriously with no notice or callback. Ive now wasted three hours on this, and I still dont have this part as I rewrite this review on 01-11-23. I shouldve insisted on returning it on day one.

> 24 hourNot happy with small attachment for dust Good thing is easy to clean and start again! Great suction. It’s heavy but that means a powerful Suction. I have mostly Oriental rugs and it gets dog hair great!
