I only buy scandisk for my flash drive needs.

Reads nice and fast. I got a few to put different genres of music in my car stereo usb. I have used a few brands that were not reliable.

Although SanDisk makes USB 3.x flash drives supporting faster transfer speeds than the Glide 3.0 line, my experience is that these speedier flash drives tend to become thermally much hotter, even when no transfer activity is apparent, and the high temperatures eventually damage the i/o circuitry in the flash drives, rendering them useless. In contrast, the Glide 3.0 flash drives just become warm, and are highly reliable.
