> 24 hourSecond time Ive ordered SanDisk usb flash drives in packs of five. Both times some do not work. Returned the first bad one. Not worth the headache and frustration dealing with support. Recommend do not buy! Edit (A few hours later): After sending note to seller, CWP Online, Im confident they will replace the defective flash drive. I wont need to go through the frustration of dealing with SanDisk/Western Digital again. I was frustrated when I wrote the original review and I have bought many SanDisk products over time. Still using most of them. All in all, aside from their support and with the support of sellers like CWP Online, they deserve 5 stars.

> 24 hourMy set of 5 SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 16 GB flash drives (SDCZ48-016G-U46 on the bar code) arrived with each of the 5 drives in an individual package (that could also be sold one package at a time). One of the drives was dead on arrival. When I plugged it in to the USB port and attempted to access it with Windows 10 File Explorer, the computer screen locked up and the only thing that unlocked it was removing the drive from the USB port. Even CTRL-ALT-DEL could not open anything, and the Windows 10 command to safely eject the drive would not work. I tried a couple more times with the same results. The other 4 drives worked correctly. Be advised that these drives come with extra software installed that can implement the SanDisk SecureAccess password system. If you dont need password protected access you can delete this extra software and regain some storage space.
