Order a separate 5 pin connector. The one that comes with is only has one side with quick connector. It shows that on the pictures of what you’re buying but for those that have never modded a joystick before you won’t realize you need it until you have everything apart. 4 stars otherwise would have given 5 since they look great and came nicely packaged.

If you are building or modifying a stick, you cant do better than Sanwa for value and classic feel. I wont recommend japanese over korean parts, or vice versa, but japanese parts feel clickier and more standardized in a way. Look elsewhere if you are looking for the feel of korean machines.

I was first tipped off when the parts didnt fit in the standard hole size. On further inspection, I realized that these arent actually Sanwa parts. Sanwa parts made in Japan, but the packaging says theyre made in China.

Buttons feel good

I used these to replace the stock buttons on the 8BitDo arcade stick and the stick feels way better. Havent tested other brands as Ive heard everywhere that SANWA is sort of the best you can get.

I can only say its a little bit better than the cheap buttons, dont think it worth the money i paid

When the package arrived, it was a small box tightly wrapped in bubblewrap and tape. The label said MADE IN CHINA. Sanwa Denshi parts are from Japan though. I suspect these are clones. I didnt bother opening nor installing this stuff. Insta-return. If you want genuine parts for your fight stick, order from specialty shops like focus attack or arcade shock. Theyre not even that much more expensive, and at the time of this writing they were equivalent in price. Also, a good place to check out is /r/fightsticks You can learn all you need to learn about fight sticks there.

Great quality all around but the posting for this item makes it seem like it comes with the female to female harness you need for the mayflash f500 but in order to use the harness provided youd have to sauder the other end into the pcb
