Too heavy and too awkward to hold. The Asymmetrical design, I thought, would help but sadly just made it harder to hold especially trying to reach the ZR and R shoulder buttons. For someone with big hands and fairly strong, this would be more ideal. Overall Im not impressed and got taken in by all the hype over this one. Again the biggest problem is the hand posture and the weight.

Definitely makes playing the switch easier on my hands and wrists when undocked. Would be nice if the grips were a bit larger. Other than that, it’s pretty solid for the price.

If you play your Switch seriously in handheld (hours at a time) you’ll realize you want a grip. I’ve tried 3 separate ones- a hulking heavy duty one (uncomfortable and heavy), the one GameStop offers ( good and cheap at $15), and this one ( most expensive and good). This is the one I use the most but not because it’s my favorite because I really like the GameStop grip equally for different reasons. I hope that the company that makes this grip may make some changes to the design to really make this grip special. What I like: -Not bulky and heavy -Easy to get my Switch out and into dock!!! ( This is the #1 reason why I use this) - hand placement is better and more comfortable than Switch alone What I dislike: - if I shake ( not particularly hard) my Switch upside down it will fall out.. you may be wondering how this is a deal breaker but if you have small kids you may realize that your Switch will not be safe or if you are prone to dropping it. - sometimes removing the grip makes the joy cons pop off... I really think this just may be putting extra stress on an area that may be more prone to damage - I wish it would hold game cartridges on the back ( like the GameStop one) since this grip is larger than the others I’ve tried and does not fit in a normal carrying case - the asymmetrical grip takes getting accustomed to but mostly I wish it weren’t so severe Overall there’s good things happening here but there’s still improvements to be made. I’ve been using this for about 3 months now.

This fits my switch well, and has enabled me to grip in handheld mode a lot better. I have big hands.

At about 40 hours into Hades I started getting the worst hand cramps of my life while playing. Its a very button mashy game, not the kind of game I normally play, so I wasnt sure what to do about it. Picked up this grip and its helped a ton. Basically feels like using an actual controller. Great solution to an annoying problem! Now Im 200 hours into the game. :D

This grip is so much more comfortable than the system by itself especially if youre playing The Witcher 3 for a 4 hour plane ride. Seriously it has saved my wrists!

Its a rip off, but at least its a good rip off. I think its a bit over priced but it is very nice. Im keeping mine lol

If you are like me and think the Switch feels awful used handheld (like an elongated tablet with knobs), this is what your looking for to make it feel like a controller. I actually enjoy playing Fortnite laying in my bed now and have been overall using my switch more in handheld mode since buying this.

With longer thumbs and big palms, the Switch (and previous Nintendo systems) buttons tend to give me sore thumbs if I play too frequently. I was browsing switch accessories earlier this year and came across this and decided to give it a shot. Honestly, I love it. The added distance and palm grip makes gaming so much easier and allows me to play more frequently. The only pitfall Ive found is that the extra joystick grips add a little too much thickness and doesnt allow for holding the joystick all of the way down to allow for running in some games like Pokémon. But that isnt a problem, because the product is amazing. Would recommend!

Look the grip is awesome and the cases that you can use with are are both awesome. The drawback is that it has messed with the back of my switch and it is a special edition animal crossing one. I know this sounds silly but it has rubbed a spot in the artwork and when i tweeted a pic to Satisfye they said to contact customer service. When i spoke to customer service they said there was nothing they could do about it. They said that it happens frequently to individuals that remove it from the grip numerous times, which yes i do to place it in the dock. The description says it is anti scratch but not anti rub i guess. It just sucks that this is an edition that i was very proud of and now it is tarnished...literally.
