I was nervous about buying an inflatable SUP, but this board is easy to inflate, packable, and is solid when inflated. We’ve used it for a couple of years now and it is still in good shape. Only caution is to be careful with the screw holding the fin. Unless they redesigned it, there is no retainer for the screw and can drop in the water if not careful.

We purchased this in August 2020 because my husband and I couldnt fit on my hardboard SUP (LOL). Now, since Ive had my hardboard SUP since 2013, Im team hardboard for how durable and sturdy it is. Since SUPs started becoming popular early 2000s, inflatable SUPs were not the best recommended board for how unreliable and flimsy the material can be to any minor dings, collisions, sharp edges, rocks, etc. So I am obviously skeptical of acquiring an inflatable, but I knew that a few hundred for an inflatable is reasonable while the hardboard SUP was around $1,200. Besides, my husband was not an avid SUP-er** like I am so I figured it was worth it. Lo and behold, 3 years later, the inflatable is doing so well!! Its really sturdy and balanced compared to my hardboard. If youre a beginner at SUP, I recommend this board vs the hardboard. Some light hardboards can be too sensitive to maneuver if you do not have good core balance. Once we got our inflatable, nearly 5 more of our friends got bought one too (2021-2022) after we brought them out to the water to try. They still have their inflatable board to this day. Overall, if youre skeptical about the board (I mean you shouldnt with 20,000+ reviews; I think most of them are real), GET IT! This is coming from a diehard hardboard fan. I do recommend an air pump though... **[So now my husband LOVES to take out the SUP any chance we get now. The convenience of packing it in a trunk is also what he loves about it. So buyer beware ;)]

Just got today and arrived as promised. Unboxed (slight box damage but no damage to anything inside). Assembled and placed in pool and does fine. Can’t wait to get it out on the lake and use in ocean in fall. Easy to assemble. Make sure you select single action on pump or you will blow air in and then suck it back out. Didn’t get to full 15 lbs as it was 1st blow up. Once it is inflated for awhile I might try 15 lbs but stopped at 7 and it’s tight. Pump was straight forward and took around 5 min to blow up. It says to not use compressor but it would be tempting at least till it was close then finish it with hand pump.

Stop hesitating and buy this SUP. I tested out a few different brands/models before purchasing and this is but far the best.
