The hole is about 2.5 inches in diameter for sex toys. Its not very deep at all For this reason, you really need a very squishy toy to fit. To inflate you gotta take the gray thing off and manually breathe into it then cap it. It took me a few minutes to figure this out since theres no instructions with it. Ive had my 150 lbs weight on it and it could withstand my weight. Overall it is a comfortable pillow as well. Due to it basically being a half circle, you can do a variety of sex positions relatively comfortably (I experimented with doggy, cowgirl, missionary).

Has a soft fairly easy to clean fabric. It was easy to inflate and deflate so you can store it. It really improves comfortability in positions if you know what I mean.
