Dunno if its just the people who try to sell things in my neighborhood or maybe people just dont understand what soliciting means nowadays but I dont think this has deterred one person from ringing my doorbell, triggering my dogs and disturbing the peace of my house. So I guess my only complaint is the sign isnt rude enough to deter vacuum salespeople, door to door frozen food salespeople, security system and water softener sales people or people that hand out flyers for other various local businesses.
