It give out just about no heat and is not worth buying. Its a waste of money

Got these to assist in keeping our animals warm in the bitter cold nights, I literally burned my fingers when I thought I couldnt feel any heat, so using a digital thermometer or small camera with temp sensor in it is the only way youll know its working. Longevity is based upon use, ours didnt last long and theyre on or off, no variable heat output and not good for large animal areas. Chickens, ducks, mini pig house, goats, etc but bigger animals wont feel anything.

This lamp may work in the house but will not work in the barn where it gets cold if I used it I would definitely have Frozen chicks
