This Bobby Pin Holder, Magnetic Pin Cushion is very similar to one that I have in my sewing room. I dont know why I never thought of using a magnetic sewing pin holder to hold my bobby pins, but Im so glad that someone else did! This will literally save me so much time when getting ready. Nine times out of ten, Im always on the hunt for two of them, and it takes me forever to find them. Im not sure where I put them, but its obviously not back where they belong. The old adage is so true, you need a place for everything and everything in its place. Now, my bobby pins have a cute and very secure place to be. This magnetic bobby pin holder comes well-packaged, is well made, and even has a nice little storage bag for traveling. I know there are a myriad of uses for it and it would also make a great gift. I got the magnetic holder to use with straight pins for sewing. The Bobby pins were a bonus. The magnet is strong. The indentation makes it easy to lift pins off the holder. I like to move the magnetic holder just above the floor to pick up all of the pins I dropped.

I have enough bobby pins to style a cheerleading squad, but when i need one i struggle to find it. Id just been thinking i needed some sort of magnet when this came across my page. The blue magnet comes in a nice case, that has a very unfortunate smell to it. I didnt intend on using the case anyway, but i highly suggest letting it air out if you do. The magnet itself is good sized and has an indentation to make it easier to pick up the bobby pins. its strong enough they wont get knocked off and are pulled to it if theyre within a few inches. This is going to be a game changer. I also appreciate that it came with a handful of bobby pins.

I have a little metal box where I hold my bobby pins but this is so convenient for on the fly grabbing one while youre working on your hair. I love it.
